Big or small we are here to help your dreams become a reality, this fully insulated extension replaced an exisiting conservatory. In this case the conservatory was too hot in summer and too cold in winter leading to it being an unloved and rarely used space but now the homeowner can really enjoy this space.
Having been involved in the original design and construction of this home, we were delighted when the clients returned to us wanting to add a small extension to further improve the property and offer them even more space on this rather tight plot.
This extension and redesign allowed us to fully open up the living space for our client, now they have plenty of space to relax as a family and zoned areas to be together but doing different activities.
On this project we enlarged the existing opening and redesigned the back of the property to give the client a lighter and brighter living space which more closely matched their personal style. For us it is all about taking your ideal home from dreams to reality.
